		<description>Hey Aaron really like all your videos. Anyways I agree with Mani that would be sweet if you could throw some type of tutorial up about separating data and assigning them values... I am making a mass pinger and its the same type of thing as mani wants... i have - title, url, feed...  and i want to pull the data from a the list.. and maybe enter them into 3 text fiels that i already have created.. and once its done it would replace the old text with the next in line... Anyways I bought using your code and thanks again for the good stuff.</description>
